EA Servers Problem

Hello EA support I have entered more than one game and won it and after the match it tells me that the EA servers cannot follow up with your request at the moment please try later and the match counts a loss for me that I want compensation

    Games completely unplayable, lag, disconnecting and loading times. Big update then massive problems. EA sort your servers out!!!
