unable to play clubs, I can play ultimate teams and ever other iv been seeing a lot of issues with this couple off months ago and it’s been solved but iv been trying to play clubs for the past 3 days and its saying “unable to connect to the EA servers” and to “check my internet connection” but there’s nothing wrong with that I don’t know how to solve this.

Constant connection issues all season .
I've gave up with game
unable to connect to ea servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure Platform client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.
Also when i try to login on web app says:
Your account is locked
You may not be able to play certain games or access certain modes. To find out more, log in to Penalty History or contact EA Help.
If i go to Penalty History : says No history
You have no violations or appeals on your account.
