EA Sports FC 26 Keep downloading outdated AntiCheat

FC 26 can’t launch and keeps getting its new EAAntiCheat files overwritten by the outdated ones.

At first the game showed error 115 on startup, so I downloaded the latest EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe from EA’s site. After uninstalling the old EAAntiCheat and installing the new one, the following files were stamped 12/06/2025:

c:\Program Files\EA\AC\preloader_s.dll

c:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe

c:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.dll

d:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FC 26\preloader_l.dll

d:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FC 26\EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll

d:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FC 26\EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe

But when I started the game, it started downloading update, after it was done, all the files above revert to 07/11/ 2025. Trying to launch the game will get encounter error 115 again

How can I prevent FC26 overwrite the Anticheat files?
