EA Sports FC 26 shows "You are offline" despite stable internet connection
Hello EA Support, I am unable to launch EA Sports FC 26 on my PC because the game always shows the message "We notice that you are in offline mode. You need to connect to the internet to continue." My internet is working fine. I am connected through a mobile hotspot with a speed of 30–50 Mbps. I can browse, stream, and download without issues. Despite this, EA App and FC 26 do not detect my connection and prevent me from playing. I have already tried several troubleshooting steps including verifying my internet connection, restarting EA App and Steam in online mode, clearing EA App cache, disabling VPN and also testing with NordVPN in different regions, allowing EA App and FC 26 through Windows Firewall, running EA App as Administrator, flushing DNS and restarting PC, switching hotspot bands between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, and testing USB tethering. The expected result is that the game should recognize my internet connection and allow me to log in. The actual result is that the game always shows "Offline mode" and does not allow me to proceed.
