Fc26 inappropriate ban
I was going on about my day losing my sanity on grinding rivals hoping to reach elite division as i only needed 3wins in a row to do so which i paused as the Team of the season promo came around the corner. I was opening my packs when suddenly i faced an usual server issue which said something like “couldn’t connect you to ea server” so i didn’t think much of it and restarted my game. I was suddenly struck with a permanent ban when loading into the game for no reason and all the grind i did was lost. I submitted an appeal by following the ban notice and its been 3 days since and all i got in return was a reply mail that said they’ll look into this “sticky fc26 issue” and let me know as soon as possible. I tried to find ways to get into a live chat but they seem to have removed it. Has anyone faced inappropriate bans like these? Is there any hope to get my account back to atleast get to talk in a live chat to get prompt assistance? I clocked in almost 900hours on steam
