Ea supercarge pack (NOT SOLVED)

picking up on a discussion from last week which has been marked as solved, when clearly nothing has been done to fix it. many other players have been experiencing this too, and have been mislead into buying a subscription for this reward. I havnt recieved any meesage in game or anything. Why is it that hard to just give the people their rewards?

The admins were very quick to mark this as solved, when actually for many people in the community it has not been fixed yet.
