ea26 crash middle of a match

I bought EA Sports FC 26 two days ago. I also always played EA Sports FC 25. I never had any issues with crashes or slow gameplay in EA Sports FC25. Just to be clear, I only play manager career mode and player career mode. Since I started playing EA Sports FC 26, the game initially runs smoothly, including in the manager career mode menu's. Once I start a match, everything works fine. But after a certain random period, the game suddenly closes without an error code. The game doesn't freeze, but it suddenly closes. 
i play on PC
here are my specs:
- processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @3.20 GHz
- 8 GB ram
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
- Windows 10 version 22H2

i don't know how to fix this?
