EAFC 26 crashing on PS5

hi everyone, I’ve been going crazy with the game cause every time I boot it up, between 15 seconds and two minutes, the game crashes every time. It kinda works when doing a regular kick off match and then bam, crash. Instead if I try to create my player, literally clicking on that option, immediately, bam, freezes. Always the CE-10855-1 error code. Now, I’ve done every single step to try to fix the issues myself with updating software, database rebuild, license fix to the point that I reset my PlayStation to zero. Still nothing, always crashes. And it’s only with EAFC, no other game has issues. Please someone help!!!
