EAFC crashing

Hello, my game all of a sudden started to crash on thursday. When i start the game it takes a really long time to load and when it finally starts it always crash after i get to the menu of the game. I have a new pc and i tried litterally everythung to fix this problem but it still happens and i m extremely desperate and frustrated. I m begging for your help.
