EAFC points won’t load ingame

All they do is refund my points purchase and then repeat the same troubleshooting that doesn’t work, also randomly fc points appeared in my fc26 account in game, these weren’t bought by me , someone from ea added them, whenever I email or ask an agent about this they don’t respond or leave they chat, I need help with this, who added those to my game, why , why can’t they just add points I paid for in there so I can open packs

Hi Darko, they have been telling me they  are waiting to here from the publisher (four weeks now) as they cannot provide a solution for this, all trouble shooting both from psn and ea has failed, so no idea what to do, basically lost the ability to use my fc26 ultimate team account out of nowhere after being a player for nearly a decade. Any further ideas on what can be tried or done would be appreciated.

As you are on PSN Looptown23​ then this is something that you would need to speak with PSN support about. The error points to an issue with the PSN store so worth speaking with their support and asking them what is happening when you are unable to add points.
