EAFC points won’t load ingame

Since October 25 I haven’t been able to  add fc points in game. When I try via the game it says “there has been an error with the fc store checkout” when I try adding via the web app or a desktop browser it says “ there was an issue attempting to authenticate with the PlayStation store”.

i am able to purchase the fc points from the PlayStation store, but that’s as far as it gets, ive tried all trouble shooting offered to me from both EA and PSN, deleted re installing the game, checking region locations, changing passwords, restoring licenses , deleting cache. Both blame each other and three works onward no way to add what I’ve purchased in game. Please help
