Eafc26 not loading

Hey all, just wondering if this is happening to anyone else. I can’t seem to actually load into the game, it keeps just loading on either the screen after connecting to EA servers or the team of the week screen. My internet or ps5 are not the problem, so it’s very confusing having the ultimate edition and not being able to play it.
