Getting my money back for pre order of EA 26

I’m in the same position dude I’m on pc and having an issue with my controller not working in rivals at all it’s really frustrating that they promised a better game for the fans and this is what we have gotten 

its scandalous. release a game that doesnt work and theyre fix for it is more store packs. i paid 90 pounds plus an extra 5.99 to play earlier and its completely unplayable. if they put the extra money into making a game from scratch over paying streamers to open packs and bull**bleep** viewers we may one day end up with a product that works instead we get fc25 with a large patch. Every year, every **bleep**ing year.

It is funny that I haven't seen any streamers having the issues that us normal folk are dealing with. Shows you EAs priorities. Streamers kind of ruining gaming. This game is a casino for most of them. 

Every year since fifa 22 I have these problems, sometimes I spend more hours finding the fix for the issue then playing in fifa 23 and 25 I even sold my accounts to try and get some of the money back because its completly unplayable, in beta people were already complaining about certain issues and guess what they release the game without fixing them. People only buy this game because there is no other worthy competitor otherwise no one would play this.
