Getting in the game

Ea at the current moment I’m having serious issues getting into the game, it takes minutes to load just so one minute later it kicks me out the game, I want to k ow how to fix this or if it’s a the games issue, this is only happening in ultimate team, I feel scammed because a paid extra to play the game early just for it not to work.
