Early access rewards missing

I’ve bought the game today - EA trial first then ultimate edition but when I’ve opened ultimate team, I haven’t received any rewards and I transferred my points from fc25 thinking that would force the points to update but nothing. Not sure what’s going on and can’t find anything online to help. Any help will be appreciated.
