Connectivity issues can crop up for a few different reasons and what is causing it for one person, may not be what's causing it for another person. So what we'll need to do is work together to suss out what might be causing this message to pop up for you.
To start, what device are you playing on, and are you using wifi or mobile data to connect up?

My brother has the same problem! He has a wired connection, I tried to log in to his account from home but the same problem occurs
