error creating a game session

Hi everyone, if someone could help me id really appreciate it. Whenever i try to play online it tells me there is an error creating my game session and it will do this repeatedly whether i restart my xbox or the game itself. My internet isn’t the best but it’s never done this before. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
