If EA connect isn't working correctly for you, you can try to reinstall the game. It fixes it for some players.
If the issue persist, could you share what platform you are playing on ?

What troubleshooting did you perform so far ?
Are you sure you uninstalled the game ? I'm asking again because according to other players it works.
There shouldn't be any widespread issues with EA connect at the moment.
You could additionally try to do a console power cycle:
Press and hold the power button until the power indicator stops blinking.
Unplug the power cable and wait at least 20 minutes for all remaining power to discharge.
Reconnect the power cable and try turning on your PS5.There are some additional PS5 troubleshooting steps here you can try : https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/games/game-freeze-crash/
Finally you could try log in on a different console or different profile to see if there is a difference.

Yes, I’ve already tried reinstalling the game, restarting the console, and every possible solution that has been suggested to me so far. Unfortunately, none of them have worked.
I don’t have another console available to test it on, and honestly, I don’t believe that is the actual issue. This is the only profile where the problem occurs, but I’m not going to create a new account and lose all of my progress because of an error like this.
I had never experienced this kind of issue until yesterday, and since then, none of the proposed alternatives have fixed it. My account was recently suspended for one week. This suspension ended on May 25th, and ever since then, this problem has been happening.
Do you think this issue could be related to that suspension?
