Evo player stuck

My EVO player got the overall rating from Evo but the stats remain the same before the EVO.

Also I received the message that the EVO expired … but I already played one game .

I try to play a game , restart no change .

How can I get my player to complete evo or back to rating before the final EVO ?

Now my player is 90 rating and I can’t put any EVO on him .
