Evolution cant be redeemed!!!!!

i have an evo that cant be redeemed its stopping me open packs it has been like this for 6 days i talked to ea live chat and no help ive waited all year for tots prem and cant even open no packs its just not good enough hurry up and update the game so it will be fixed i have seen numerous people with the same problem and theres been no update

    Exactly same as me mate it’s ridiculous saved up loads of packs to open for prem tots and can’t now need some compensation after this.
