Evolution issue

I chain evod a base Bowen card, and completed the Birthday Brunch evo. Now, whenever I try put him in another evo it says “you already have an evolution version of this player”, also in the “my evolutions” tab I have the yellow dot that implies I have an evo to claim, but there isn’t any. Has anyone had this glitch and solved it? Do I need to complete all of my other evos or something? I had another Bowen evo that I put in sbc a while ago, but that didn’t cause any issues for this current chain. Help please
