My Ultimate Team Season Pass has been unavailable for over a month.
The game shows the error:
"Season Pass service is currently unavailable."
The season is active, but I cannot access or progress the Season Pass.
This seems to be an account-side issue.
Please reset or re-sync my Season Pass progression manually.

I have exactly the same issue. It's been about a week now. I've emailed ea a couple of times. They are working to resolve it but can't give me a time scale of when it will be fixed. It's crap because I watch videos everyday of players getting their rewards but not me???
I have the same issue. How did you rich to EA to report the proble? I tried to find email or chat but I can't. Did they resolve your problem?
