Evolution not complete

My "Covering Ground" Evolution is stuck. Every time I try to claim the completed level, I get the message: "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." It happens on both my PS5 and the FC Companion App. Other Ultimate Team features work normally. Please help reset or complete the Evolution.
