Extreme Lag! from game 1

Look guys dont start with the hardware rant, coz, i dont know maybe educate me. i have high end gaming laptop with 15gb graphic card rtx 4090(mobile).  32 gb rab. i9-14900hx 2200mhz. 
Is that not enough for fc 26? plz tell...

Coz here winters are ending, summers just started, And the game is already being extremely laggy, in winters it was allright, from the lag front,  gameplay was sluggish sometimes but thats different thing. 

Just the first game itself starts lagging, on the lowest settings everything set on low... But when i play at night, its better.  
Other games played well, i dont know, why fc 26 is so laggy... basically it needs room temperature to be below 20 deg to play well on pc, this is ridiculous.  Did they lie, to us abt the system requirements of this game or what, coz i see many pc users complain about lag...all the time.  Atleast my game played well in winters... plz share your thoughts. I play on windowed borderless, didnt have problems with it before and also, every darn graphic settings is on lowest... where as if i open nvidia graphic app, it suggests me to set every dam setting on ULTRA...lol... to optimize it. lol the irony
