I've performed a factory reset of Windows, installed FC 26 on a clean SSD, installed the latest NVIDIA driver, and the game still crashes at the same point. Other EA games (Skate) launch normally. I have FC26.exe crash dumps showing an access violation. Can this be escalated to the FC PC team as a reproducible startup crash?

To clarify, can you help narrow down exactly where the crash occurs? Does the game close before the EA AntiCheat window, during startup logos, at the main menu, or somewhere else? Are you seeing an error message of any kind, or does it simply close?
One additional thing worth checking is whether the game behaves the same after closing any background applications that interact with your games (Discord overlay, Game Bar, Overwolf, MSI Afterburner/RTSS, RGB software, antivirus software, etc.). As you mentioned other games work, I'm not sure if some of these other programs may have been installed after the factory reset and are running in the background as well. A clean boot can help rule out another background service interfering with the game if so.
