Every time I try entering fc26 it says that it has failed to load, I'm worried that if I delete my save my ultimate team progress will dissapear, I have created a copy of my save so I'm wondering if it would be worth deleting my current one to then make another and paste the old files in the new one. My name does not appear on the save.
I'm not sure if this is any help but it started after my pc turned itself off whilst i was in the game.
Hello, try putting your PC offline then uninstall and reinstall EA Javelin anti cheat from here https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/pc-ea-anticheat/ then try to start the game first offline then online and check if it works, if it doesn't work you can try clearing the cache of the EA app, if it still doesn't work you can first make a backup of the EA SPORT 26 folder (located in C:\Users\your user\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26) then delete the original folder so as to force the game to recreate clean data from the last update.Also try installing the latest version of visual from here:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#latest-supported-redistributable-version
