Unexpected Disconnect Caused Loss in Fantasy League Match

I was playing the Fantasy League game mode and had a record of 15–4. In my most recent match, I was leading 1–0 when, around the 30th minute, I was suddenly disconnected from my Ultimate Team account. When I logged back in, the match was counted as a loss, bringing my record to 15–5.

Because of this loss, it is now impossible for me to reach the 20-win objective, which is extremely frustrating given the amount of time and effort it took to reach a 15–4 record.

I am not sure what caused the disconnection, but it happened very suddenly while I was in the lead. I suspect my opponent may have had something to do with it, though I cannot confirm this.

For reference, my opponent’s user ID was: CESARKEVIN 0504.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this match and review the disconnection. This situation feels very unfair, especially considering the progress I had made in the Fantasy League mode.
