FC 2026 PC FPS Bug

My FC2026 Steam version is stuck at 3 fps most of the time. I got 5 hours of playtime on steam but I only finished one game so far. I already tried reinstalling, checking game files, upgrading some drivers, some in-game settings, some config file changes. Nothing helped. Can anyone help?
