Re: Input Delay - Impossible to play with 1.4.1 update

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a serious input delay (input lag) issue while playing FC 26.

Although the game appears visually smooth and FPS values seem stable, there is a noticeable delay between my controller inputs (passing, shooting, sprinting, player switching, movement) and the in-game response. This makes the gameplay feel heavy, unresponsive, and delayed.

The problem is especially noticeable in online matches, where players react late to inputs and overall responsiveness is significantly worse. This has a major negative impact on competitive gameplay.

Using the same system, same controller, and same internet connection, I do not experience this issue in FC 25. Controls in FC 25 feel instant and responsive, while FC 26 has a clear input lag problem. Because of this, I believe the issue is specific to FC 26 and not related to my hardware or network.

I have already tried common troubleshooting steps such as adjusting graphics settings, enabling/disabling V-Sync, changing FPS limits, and switching between fullscreen and windowed modes, but the issue persists. I also see many other players reporting similar input delay problems within the community.

I would like to know if this is a known issue and if there are any recommended settings, fixes, or upcoming updates planned to address this input delay problem.
