FC 26 Bug

I have this bug in FC 26 where is says failed to load.I tried multiple things to fix the issue but nothing works. I even watch multiple YouTube tutorials on how to fix the issue and none of them work.Is it possible you can fix my problem. Im sorry I don't mean to rush you but I bought the FC battle pass and this bug started 1 week ago and I am afraid I won't be able to complete the FC battle pass in time. Please and thank you.
