FC 26 can't get past the splash screen

I just got fc26 and I haven't been able to play the game at all. I've tried just about everything, gone through support and looked through forms. I just cant seem to find a solution. The problem is getting past the splash screen. I attached a video below showing exactly what happens. If you can do anything to help me that would be great.
