FC 26 crashes with ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION when connecting online

I've had the exact same issue and don't know how to solve it.

  • I've tried to repair the game through the launcher.
  • I've reinstalled the game.
  • I've updated my drivers and windows. 
  • I've reset my router.
  • I've checked system requirements and Im well within them.

I have had the game since September 2025. With 250+ Hours spent on the game, its ridiculous that the game no longer works. 

your support system is awful. really hope you can offer a quick speedy solution for all the people including myself with this problem.
