Fc 26 doesnt launch the full game, it keeps launching the trial

Question

My parents bought me fc 26 the other day, I tried to install it on my series X and when it finished installing it, launched the trial version instead of the full game. I then tried it on my one S and it launched the full game without issue.

Please help me with this issue

Hey LDJGamez​. &nbsp;Do you still have any time left on the trial? Have you tried playing through it to the end, or is it just showing as a showcase version? Also, are you installing the game using your main account, or is it being shared from a different profile?If possible, could you share some screenshots of the error you’re seeing? That will help us better understand the issue.
