Fc 26 doesnt launch the full game, it keeps launching the trial

My parents bought me fc 26 the other day, I tried to install it on my series X and when it finished installing it, launched the trial version instead of the full game. I then tried it on my one S and it launched the full game without issue.

Please help me with this issue

Hey LDJGamez. Do you still have any time left on the trial? Have you tried playing through it to the end, or is it just showing as a showcase version? Also, are you installing the game using your main account, or is it being shared from a different profile?
If possible, could you share some screenshots of the error you’re seeing? That will help us better understand the issue.
