1 day agoHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Can you get me a DxDiag report? Just attach it to a response. You can find instructions for that here. I'll go over this and make some suggestions.

Here is my DxDiag report. The game crashes with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG every time I try to enter a match.

Thank you. Please follow the below suggestions:
- Go to Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics. Force FC 26 to use the High performance GPU.
- Look at Device Manager > Display Adapters. You should see Nvidia/AMD graphics. This isn't showing in your DxDiag so reinstall the Lenovo chipset/graphics drivers and check the BIOS hybrid/dGPU settings.
- Clean install the Intel graphics driver. Use Lenovo's support driver for model 21E6006YTX. If you're already on the latest driver, try an older, stable version instead.
- Delete the FC 26 shader/cache files. After that, repair the game if on the EA App or if using Steam, verify file integrity.
- As a test, unplug the external monitor. Disable fullscreen/borderless, turn off overlays and set graphics to low.
