FC 26 game is crashing.

Hello, I bought FC26 from you yesterday. Normally, I have no problems with any of your games, but with this one, after 4-5 minutes of opening it, the entire computer suddenly freezes. No keys or keyboard work. The DualShock controller works fine; the same error occurs even when it's not plugged in. My PC system is very high-end, so it's impossible for it to be unable to run the game. I cleaned the graphics card and restarted, but I'm still getting the same problem. I've tried everything, and the issue persists. If you're not going to fix this, please refund my money.
