FC 26 is a Complete Disaster , Input Lag, Slow Motion, FPS Drops Everywhere

We are experiencing severe delays and lag on PC. Is the issue caused by our PC specifications, or is it from your servers? Please be transparent so we know whether we should upgrade our devices or wait for a fix from your side. The situation is becoming very frustrating.

I've got almost the same specs and I M experiencing the same thing

On a desktop gaming computer ( i9 with a 3080 RTX alienware setup). I tried every setting possible and the input lag stays on menus, during all competitive & regular modes, rush is the only thing that seems to work somewhat.  Spoke to my computer designer, they optimized my system and every game works great as it has, except FC26.  Seems the lag is built into the game, has a mind of its own, the control inputs either dont register or remain stuck which make my defense move in the direction the input was going.  Impossible to defend, have to rely on AI, team press, and double team press because my manual players go off on a tangent. FFS....what is this?  Its not getting any better and the game promos of yesterday are impossible to compete for.  Please EA...do something, its your game.  No other game has this issue.

Hello,  how many fps does the game show?

...start the game by showing  fluctuations of 18-48 fps.  During the game it fluctuates to the point where it says there is an unstable connection constantly.   The lag is always there...like as if the AI is always in some sort of 1-2 second delay and control.  Its not my connection that has the problem.  I see what happening from my ether provider.  

Hello, The game has a bug where it automatically resets the settings to ultra every time the game is started. I had the same problems too. First, set the settings you play well with in the eafc 26 menu, either from the nvidia app or directly from the fcsetup.ini file. Then, try setting the configuration files (fcsetup.ini, fcsetup_default.ini, overrideAutodetect.lua) to read-only first, and then deny them write access for each user. That's how I solved it. However, I think the biggest problems or the settings that should be lowered are the rendering scale (even lowering the normal resolution to 720p, 1080p caused a drop in fps with the rendering scale at 100), Ambient Occlusion to medium-low, and setting Hair Strands to off.
