Fc 26 keeps crashing every 30 minutes while I’m in a game.

I’m on pc and I have a 4090, I’ve been trying to solve this since two months ago, I capped my fps to 90 and it’s been working a little better but it keeps crashing every 40 minutes or so. There is no error message, it just freezes for a second or two and sends me to the desktop. I don’t know what else to try. Someone please help me I need this game to work.
