FC 26 lagging until i open a pack and its fixed

Its not really consistent cause everytime i open the game i dont know if its gonna be super laggy or not, like i just reinstalled the game played fine at 100 fps on low settings, i leave for 1h i open the game back up and the game was back on low fps, i dont know whats causing this, even did a fresh windows install. I tried the pack thing again and it just made the lag worse 
edit if i just afk for a few mins in ultimate team the lag goes away

i5 12450h
16gb of ram
