FC 26 lagging until i open a pack and its fixed

So i just got the game ran fine for the first few minutes but then i reboot the game open up ultimate team and i have 5 fps i open a pack and the game is just back to normal, any help on this? I don...

EA_Darko​ the game is running on the dedicated gpu, but i do got a ssd thats not working very well, could the ssd cause those errors? Rn if i just sit 5 mins into the ultimate team hub while its lagging and the lag  goes away and the game is fully playable
