Hello EA Support,
I purchased EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition on PC (Steam) on 22 August 2025.
However, I did not receive my FIFA Points, Season rewards, or the Icon Pack that should be included with this edition.
I have attached a screenshot from my Steam account as proof of purchase.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Ive pre ordered ultimate on steam, got ea play on the ea app and the accounts are connected. I haven't received my points or anything for the pre order. My mate on PlayStation has. Where are mine?
I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition in August on Steam. I also purchased EA Play on Steam for even earlier access. I was able to launch the game, but I didn’t receive any of the rewards, unlike my friends who did the same. I didn’t get the Premium Season Pass or the FC Points.

same for me, i claimed my ultimate edition content from steam but i received NOTHING in game, and when I try to redeem it again from steam i get a message telling me I have nothing else to redeem

And there's some lag in game too
We pre-ordered the game for controller issues and pre-order rewards being too late. We cant even play and get the rewards.I didnt receive season pass or fc points.Please fix or just release the game for only ps&xbox.
I bought the ultimate edition for my PC from steam weeks before august 25th but am yet to get pre order rewards like premium pass or icon packs.
I am still waiting for your reply and fixing the issue!
