FC 26 Nintendo Switch – Unable to load information from the server

Hi,

I am having an issue with FC 26 on Nintendo Switch.

I cannot access the online modes in FC 26.

Problem has persisted 3 days.

Continually getting "Unable to load information from the server" message.

No issue with internet connectivity. 

I have deleted and redownloaded software a couple of times.

Cleared cache, etc.

Believe issue is with the linked account. 

Any help appreciated.
