Personal name deemed as inappropriate

I’ve had an EA account since 2010. I’ve had the same last name my whole life. I login today to use my clubs team and I’ve been told my name is either inappropriate, offensive, or some similar iteration. I reach out to support who tell me they will notify some review committee, but my specific name will not be looked into, nor will they let me know if I can use my own legal last name (that isn’t offensive in any regard) in their games again. Time and time again this company continues to show their excellence.
