FC 26 PC - Rush and Division Rivals Matchmaking Not Working

Hello EA Team,

I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC through Xbox Game Pass in Carnegie, Melbourne, Australia.

For over 24 hours, I have been unable to find matches in Ultimate Team.

Issues:

Rush matchmaking displays "No teammates found."

Division Rivals cannot find opponents.

I cannot complete the three Rush matches required to unlock the Transfer Market.

Troubleshooting already completed:

Restarted the game and computer.

Enabled cross-play.

Disabled approximate location matchmaking.

Tested home Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot.

Allowed FC 26 through Windows Firewall on Private and Public networks.

Confirmed EA servers are online.

The problem persists on both internet connections.

EA Fan Care informed me that live advisors cannot assist with this issue and directed me to the forums.

Could an EA community manager please investigate whether there is an account-related or matchmaking issue?
