FC 26 Rivals mode issue

Good work, I'm having problems in FC 26 Rivals mode for a reason I don't know. While I don't have any problems when the match starts, after a few minutes, my commands take 2-3 seconds to respond. I check my ping and it shows it around 40-50. I don't have any ping problems in Rush mode or other online games. So, this problem is only in Rivals mode. I searched on different forums and learned that using borderless window mode causes less problems. I applied the setting, but after a day or two, it didn't work with this setting. When I ran a ping test on the EA website, I saw good results. Although my computer is sufficient for this game, I use the lowest settings, but none of these prevent me from experiencing the problem in Rivals mode. I will upload my ping results from the EA servers in the file upload section. My computer has an RTX 3050 and an AMD RYZEN 7 4800H. Please be solution-oriented and help me overcome this problem.
