FC 26 running very slow and laggy—performance issues.

Just loaded up the game and tried getting into a kickoff match. All settings on auto, vsync on (but I've tried off too). The game is just running incredible slow in matches. Unlike anything I've seen...

My pc is better than the recommended but idk why the game running really bad ingame and i have alot of delay, when im trying to put all graphics setting on low i have low fps but no delay, and when im putting graphics setting on auto and the fps is good but a lot of delay. pls help me fix that, i tried everything reinstall and all of that. pls lemme know how to fix it

    Btw my performance
    CPU - i5-9400F
    GPU - GTX 1650 SUPER
    16GB memory
    and my ethernet good enough trust me
