FC 26 Sesson progression

Hello everyone

I wanted to share an issue I’ve been having in EA SPORTS FC 26. My Season Pass and core progression (XP, levels, and rewards) have been unavailable for a long time, even though Ultimate Team and other online modes work normally. 

I’ve contacted EA Support and while I appreciate the Rare Gold Packs sent, they don’t fully compensate for the lost progression. The team is aware of the problem and it’s being investigated, but I wanted to see if others are experiencing the same issue.
