FC 26 showing ‘No Internet Connection’ on Xbox

Question

I’m on Xbox, and FC 26 shows “No internet connection” on startup, even though my console is online.

I have already tried the following:

Reinstalled FC 26

Fully restarted the console

Tested using a mobile hotspot

Cleared the Alternate MAC address

Unlinked and relinked my Xbox account from my EA account

The issue persists after all of this.

Please refresh my EA account entitlements and re-sync/reset my EA account connection with Xbox Live, as this appears to be an EA account authentication or entitlement issue rather than a local network problem.

Try following these steps for power cycling your equipment :

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
Power everything up and try playing again
