FC 26 slow motion gameplay (PC)

Even after the newest update - I'm experiencing issues with slow motion gameplay (game runs at half the normal speed).  I use a PS5 controller, connected via Bluetooth. I think I've tried everything and anything to fix this - adjusting NVIDIA Control Panel settings, Display and Graphics settings in-game etc. As for the controller issue, it's the same old problem. The controller doesn't function normally in online matches at all. It just stops working as I start the game.
