FC 26 Stuck during gameplay or anywhere while SBC or doing something

EA team with respect i want to highlight a issue i am facing since 2 weeks during gameplay or evo screen or any gameplay game stuck and want me to restart the game i have tried to reinstall game and EA App reinstalled even in different partition as well nothing is working out i need help what kind of issue is that feel frustration   

Example:- i am doing evo and after match screen stuck and evo will not be considered "play 1 match " i need to again play after all the match finally it consider no match due to screen stuck
