FC 26 Ultimate edition is not working

Hi, I bought the ultimate edition FC 26 and installed on my PS 4. However it failed to start, whenever I try it keeps on loading for ever. I updated the console  softwares , rebuild database , check...

    Hi Darko and thank you for your reply 

     

    I start the game , then introductory EA sport screen, when press X , it keeps loading showing the FC green icon at the bottom, and keeps loading forever, without being able to get into the game

    No specific error, just I described what I am facing. 

    That is the case since I bought it yesterday. I live in Istanbul and my console is PS4
